Is there worldwide shipping?

Unfortunately, at this moment, we only ship to EU countries. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options and expect to offer worldwide delivery soon.

What is the procedure for replacements/refunds?

We offer the possibility to submit a claim within 14 days of delivery for damaged products. If the claim is approved, the customer will be compensated with either a free replacement or a full refund.
